Welcome to BuyerFlo

BuyerFlo is an AI coordination engine for real-estate transactions. Upload a contract and the app does the work a transaction coordinator normally does — identifies every milestone, drafts the right emails to the right parties at the right time, tracks every response, and escalates anything that's drifting.

How the first deal goes

1. Upload the executed contract. BuyerFlo parses the parties, dates, contingencies, and terms.
2. Review the extraction. You confirm what the AI pulled out before any emails go out.
3. Kickoff email sends. The engine introduces you to every party in one message with the deal's dedicated email address. From this point forward, every reply is captured on the deal page.
4. Tasks activate on their schedule. Inspection coordination, EMD confirmation, loan approval tracking, closing prep — the engine drafts each touch as the deadline approaches.
5. You review before sends go out (or enable auto-send to let the engine dispatch on its own with a 10-minute undo window).

What BuyerFlo doesn't do

• Replace you as the human responsible for the deal. The app surfaces decisions; you make the calls on blockers and anything the AI isn't confident about.
• Send on the wrong tone. The engine uses your writing voice (warm / professional / direct) that you picked during onboarding.
• Lose track. Every email, every AI decision, every task state change is logged in the Activity tab on each deal. Scroll it to see exactly what happened and when.

Your free trial

Your first deal runs on the house. The trial consumes the moment the engine sends the kickoff email — so you can upload, review, and back out without burning anything. After the first deal, you'll need to upgrade to keep using BuyerFlo on additional transactions.
