Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-04-22 Last updated: 2026-04-22

These terms govern your use of BuyerFlo ("the service," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Heads up: these are v1 terms written by the founders, not a lawyer. We'll have them legally reviewed before commercial launch. Use with eyes open.

1. What BuyerFlo does

BuyerFlo is a transaction-coordination platform for US real-estate professionals. You upload contracts, the service parses them, drafts emails to parties on your behalf, tracks responses, and reports status. You remain the responsible human on every deal.

2. Your account

You must be 18+ and a licensed real-estate professional or authorized to act on behalf of one. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe, the accuracy of the information you enter, and the lawfulness of the emails you approve for send.

One account per person. Don't share credentials.

3. Your content, our content

You own the contracts you upload and the data they contain. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze that data so the service can operate — including running AI models on contract content to extract fields, draft emails, classify replies, and re-plan tasks.

We own the service itself (code, models, UI, documentation, brand). You don't get to redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell.

4. Network features (important — read)

When you use BuyerFlo, the service identifies the professional contacts on your deals — buyer's agents, listing agents, title companies, escrow officers, counter-party transaction coordinators — and may include them in our network-features pipeline. This pipeline is how BuyerFlo grows: we may reach out to those professionals to introduce them to the platform. When a professional you introduced becomes a customer, you earn referral credits.

What we collect for the network-features pipeline:

  • Professional names and work email addresses as they appear in contract documents or email correspondence
  • Their professional role (agent, title, lender, etc.)
  • Which deals they appeared on (to you, not shared externally)

What we never collect, store, share, or mention in outreach:

  • Your clients' names (buyers, sellers)
  • Dollar amounts from any deal
  • Contract terms or contingency details
  • Property addresses beyond what's publicly shown to the professional already

Opting out: Network features are enabled by default. You can disable them at any time from your profile — we'll stop collecting new professional contacts from your deals immediately. Existing pipeline rows stay but aren't emailed. See Section 7: your choices for full details.

Anti-spam: Every outreach we send complies with the CAN-SPAM Act — working unsubscribe link, physical mailing address, accurate sender identity. If a professional unsubscribes, we honor it globally and permanently.

5. Billing

BuyerFlo offers a free trial covering one complete transaction. The trial consumes the moment the coordination engine sends its first kickoff email on your behalf — meaning you can upload a contract, review the extraction, and back out with no obligation up until that point.

After the trial, additional transactions require a paid subscription. Pricing is disclosed before you upgrade. We don't add fees without notice.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Deals in progress when you cancel continue to run through close.

6. What we don't do

  • We don't give legal advice. BuyerFlo surfaces state- and county-specific rules (e.g. Florida disclosure requirements), but the engine is a coordination aid, not a legal counsel. Consult a lawyer for legal questions.
  • We don't replace your judgment. When something is ambiguous, the service surfaces it. You decide.
  • We don't do what the AI can't do reliably. When the classifier is unsure, it asks you. We'd rather ask too much than assume wrong.

7. Your choices

At any time you can:

  • Disable network features from your profile → the service stops collecting new professional contacts from your deals
  • Request your data — we'll export everything associated with your account
  • Close your account — deals are preserved (responsibility doesn't evaporate), but your login access is revoked

Email support@buyerflo.com for any of these.

8. Warranties and liability

BuyerFlo is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable but we don't warrant that it's error-free or that every AI-generated draft is perfect. Review drafts before sending. Review task completions before trusting them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerFlo is not liable for damages arising from use of the service beyond the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Changes to these terms

We'll update these terms when we ship meaningful changes. You'll see a notice in the app when that happens. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
