Branding your public share page

Every deal in BuyerFlo has a read-only share link you can send to your clients ("here's where things stand on your purchase"). That page can be fully branded as yours.

What appears on the share page

The page header has three slots:

  1. Logo (left) — your company or personal brand. Square or horizontal PNG, ideally with a transparent background.
  2. Contact info (center) — your display name, title, company, phone, email.
  3. Headshot (right) — a friendly photo. Circle-cropped automatically.

Below: deal card, risk score, blockers, parties, progress bar, key dates, in-progress tasks, recently-completed tasks. All party-safe — no names, no amounts, no AI reasoning.

Setting it up

Your profile page → Branding section:

  • Headshot URL — upload via the file picker or paste a URL. Supabase Storage hosts the upload; public URL is written to your profile.
  • Logo URL — same flow.
  • Website URL — plain text; appears as a clickable "Website" link under your contact info.
  • LinkedIn URL — same, with a LinkedIn icon.

Accept common image formats (PNG, JPG, WebP). Ideal size: 400x400 for headshot, 800x400 for logo. The app scales to fit.

What clients see when they open a share link

  • Your branding at the top
  • Clear transaction status ("On Track" / "Closing" / "Closed")
  • Closing date with countdown
  • Progress rollup ("12 of 17 steps complete")
  • Upcoming deadlines (inspection, EMD, loan approval, etc.)
  • What's in progress right now
  • Recently completed milestones
  • "Parties involved" by role only (no names)

What clients DO NOT see

  • Your internal task notes
  • AI-drafted email content
  • Classifier confidence scores
  • Any names or amounts from the contract
  • Full party contact info

The share page is purpose-built to be client-friendly while leaking zero sensitive data.

When to share the link

  • At kickoff — let your client bookmark it ("here's where to check status any time")
  • When they email asking for updates — reply with the share link, saves both sides time
  • When the deal closes — send one final update from the share page

One-click copy

On the deal page header (your authed view), there's a copy button next to the share URL. Click → URL goes to clipboard. Paste into email / text / wherever.

Regenerating the share token

If you accidentally sent a share link to the wrong person, email us. We can regenerate the share token, which retires the old link and creates a new one.
